- Smokers are more than twice as likely to have a fatal heart attack as non-smokers.

The benefits of stopping smoking |

- Within 20mins - Blood pressure and pulse return to normal
- Within 1 hour - Circulation improves, you may notice your hands and feet feeling warmer
- Within 8 hours - Oxygen levels return to normal
- Within 1 day – Carbon monoxide levels drop dramatically
